Delivery and Returns
We offer free delivery on all our United Kingdom orders for absolutely everything you will buy. No minimum purchase is needed!
We aim to dispatch your order on the same day if payment is received before 1 pm or the next working day if ordered after that. We use Royal Mail 1st Class and you should normally receive your order within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays. However, at busy times and for large orders this may not be possible. Please, therefore, allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.
International shipping is available at the lowest rates possible: £2.99 for deliveries to Europe and £3.99 for the rest of the world. We use Royal MaiI International Delivery and your order will safely be with you within 3-7 working days.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you change your mind regarding your purchase then you are eligible for a return. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (where applicable).
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first, in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. That way we’ll be able to quickly identify the purchase when it comes back to us and operate the return.
The buyer has to make arrangements to send the order back using a tracked service and to provide us with the tracking information (return postage and packaging will not be refunded).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted:
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 to 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in the above timeframe, please check the progress of the parcel with the selected courier and double check your Bank / PayPal account again. If the parcel comes up as ‘delivered’ to us and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
